I have always had a great experience with Basin Refrigeration. They have always been helpful. The technicians are polite and explain everything until I’m satisfied. They have never charged me for something that wasn’t needed. When I was having an issue with my AC the tech came and looked and said it was the thermostat that is attached to my security system not my hvac system. He even told me what to tell them so I wouldn’t get the run around. And sure enough that was my problem. Saved me a lot of money.
